Perfect Health Supplies (PHS) was established in 1999 by Amer Raees with a focus on distributing high-quality wholesale surgical products. The company’s mission from the start was to serve customers with integrity, aiming to be a straightforward, honest, and ethical business partner. PHS sought to become a trusted name in the wholesale surgical supplies industry.

Shipping Policy
$50 Flat Fee for all shipments over $350
Shipping costs are set at a standard fee of $14.99 for all orders under $350. For orders exceeding $350, a flat shipping fee of $50 applies for shipments within the 48 contiguous states.
International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the package, and will be billed to the customer once the order is prepared for shipment.
Hazardous materials have specific shipping requirements, with costs assessed after the order is ready, based on the shipping company's rates.
Oversized, heavy items, or those requiring freight shipping are not eligible for our free shipping offer. Freight shipping charges are determined by the freight carrier and passed on to the customer without any additional fees. These charges are generally based on factors such as weight, size, delivery method, and destination.
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is fulfilled through USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, typically within 24 hours of payment. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays. Most orders have a transit time of 3-5 days, depending on the carrier, but many arrive sooner. Please consider shipping times as estimates.
For international orders, please be aware that Broker Fees, Customs Duties, and/or Taxes are not included in the listed purchase price. If you notice an error before receiving your order, or if an item is incorrect or not as expected upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
Returns must be approved by us. If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged item, or one that is incomplete or defective due to manufacturing issues, please contact us within 5 business days by phone or email. If you notify us after this period, we may still accept the return, but a 15% restocking fee will apply. If you wish to return an item because you no longer need it, please reach out within 5 business days. If accepted, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and you will have 30 days from the date of contact to return the product. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs for buyer's remorse.
Mistakes on our part that result in incorrect products being shipped to you can be returned within 14 days of purchase. In such cases, we will provide a return shipping label.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Before returning, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code within the specified return period. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns that are not defective or due to our fulfillment errors.
If you notice an error with your order before receiving it, or if you find an item is incorrect or not what you wanted upon receipt, please contact us immediately. Do not refuse delivery of an incorrect item or one you’ve changed your mind about; instead, contact us to arrange a safe return. If you refuse an order you placed, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Certain items cannot be returned, including any products exposed to blood or other potentially infectious body fluids. If you have questions about specific products, please reach out to us.
